1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sell.AI (the "Service"), including the website, SaaS platform, and WooCommerce plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Service — the Sell.AI platform, website, and WooCommerce plugin
- User / Customer — any person or entity using the Service

3. Description of Service
Sell.AI provides AI-powered tools for eCommerce, including:
- Product search
- Chatbot functionality
- Sales automation
The Service may rely on third-party AI providers.
4. Account & Access
- You may be required to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
5. License & Usage
- The plugin is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later
- The Pro version is sold as a one-time, lifetime license for a set number of sites; it does not expire and requires no renewal
- License keys are issued per purchase and may be moved between your own sites by deactivating one site to free a slot
- You may not resell or redistribute the Service without permission
6. Packages & Sites
The Pro license is offered in packages that differ only by the number of sites the key can be activated on: Solo (1 site), Business (3 sites), and Agency (10 sites). The free version is available on WordPress.org and is fully functional with no message, time, or product limits.
7. Payments & Billing
- Payments are processed by Stripe
- Pro is a one-time payment — there is no recurring subscription and no automatic renewal
- AI costs are billed directly by OpenAI under your own API key; we never charge for API usage
- Prices may change with prior notice
8. Free Version
The free version is fully functional and available from the WordPress.org plugin directory. No trial, payment, or license key is required to use it.
9. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro license purchases unless stated otherwise.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including OpenAI. You are responsible for complying with their terms and policies.
11. AI Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and outputs.
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
- The Service does not guarantee correctness or reliability
- You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs
12. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- not to misuse the Service
- to comply with applicable laws
- that you are responsible for your store content
- that you are responsible for API usage costs (e.g. OpenAI)
13. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service (excluding open-source components) are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use the Service for competitive purposes.
14. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or availability at all times.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your store content or data.
17. Termination
- You may cancel at any time
- We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
